The battery life remains largely unchanged from the Amazfit GTR 2 and lasts for about a week, depending on which features you use regularly. Ultimately, this is not a smartwatch that you will charge every day. For its money, the GTR 3 Pro offers a lot. It’s a sleek, connected watch that’s easy to use and shows that there are options other than the big names to consider. Just accept that there could still be some software bugs and that the new, full Zepp OS can’t quite keep up with the competition in its current state. The GTR 3 Pro has a 46 mm case that is 10.7 mm thick. This makes it bigger and thicker than, say, the largest Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 for comparison. The case is made of aluminum alloy and can be paired with a black infinity or brown leather look, which gives you the option of choosing between a more workout-friendly fluoroelastomer strap or a more stylish leather strap. As a total package, you get a watch that can be submerged in water up to 50 meters, but owners of the leather version may want to swap it out for something more suitable for swimming.
